Who are we?

Polariser is an initiative to fill the void created in between coaching system and mainstream education system. We have been working hard to bring our traditional schooling methods and technology together through our project, Polariser. We are a premier coaching institute for the preparation of Engineering Entrance Exams [JEE(Main & Advanced), BITSAT, VITEEE, States-CET], Pre-Medical Exams [NEET-UG, States-CET, Nursing]and Foundation. The core team at polariser is well regarded for the high quality entrance exam preparation and produces best results year after year. The team at polariser has only one Moto inculcated in their mind that they have to give best solutions for the problem students have been facing. Here at Polariser we believe in imparting the knowledge to our students which should not only last till they get selected in entrance exam but also should create an amazing foundation for the rest of their life. We an organisation which believes in human values like Truth, Honesty, Kindness, Compassion, Loyalty, Peace, Emotion and hence we manifest to be attached to our roots and culture. We are not teaching our students and therefore we don’t hire teachers because already others are doing it. For a change, at polariser “we are coach and we coach our students”.
The name of our organisation, ‘Polariser’ itself has been a interesting story. The concept of Polariser is same as the word Polariser used in optics. Polariser is a device which separates the incident ray of light in two parts, ordinary ray and extraordinary ray. Here at polariser we as a team practice the same thing for our students. We make sure that we have removed all the unnecessary things they had been trying to mug up due to the misguidance before they got Polarised with us. We remove the ordinary things and impart the extraordinary things. We coach our students to accept failure, celebrate it, learn from the experience and attempt again. Once you get polarised with us you will truly come to know that failure is the toll tax we pay just to keep ourselves moving on the path of Success.
Polariser is the result of manifestation and hard work of core team members to come together and create a platform which could actually work as a structured and methodic system but not a hybrid or directionless system leaving the students swinging like a pendulum in between. Why?

When one asks the question “Why”, regarding a product it means the person is either new to use the product or the person has already the similar product but is looking for better version. So before getting started with 'Why' let us tell two more important words i.e. 'What' and 'How'. Once these words are clear Why is so simple to answer. When choosing a product first question to ask ourselves is, What is the product and second question to ask ourselves is, How the product would be useful or different from the product already you have been using. On this particular occasion the product is, Polariser. So let us tell you what is Polariser and How is it useful.

What?

Polariser is result of manifestation, common goal and hard work of the core team working collectively together just to create a media through which requirements of a student could propagate without being diverted to a direction from where comeback looks impossible. Here most of the core team members have worked with almost every national brand coaching institute and have mentored Top-10 AIR students in Both JEE and NEET. During this period they have lived in different cities across India. They are influenced by cultures of those places, way of communicating at those places, life of a student at those places, problems faced by them at those places and most importantly the way to solve those problems. All these parameters have made them think about eliminating the void created due to a common coaching approach across whole country. The team developed a precise and organised way to coach the students based on the their requirement and environment.

How?

Frankly speaking here at polariser we don’t boast that we are the best. We advocate that we produce the best. What makes us different is the way by which we approach our students. Here courses are not designed for a common batch or group of some XYZ students. In fact we truly believe in customising the course according to the need of student. For example if there is an artist who is great at sketching but bad at colouring so why should one guide him for sketching. He should be asked to draw his best drawing and instructor should teach him best colouring method. This is what we do at Polariser and this is how we are different.
